Tesa High Security Cylinder
Model
TK6RESTRICTEDKEYWAY
Category Tesa Cylinder
TESA meets the msot demanding European standards for architectural fittings, in which cylinders are very important components in term of protection & personal safety. Specifically, the EN 1303 European standard establishes five degrees of security (fire resistance, security against breakage, number of combinations, durability & corrosion resistance) for cylinders, based on design requisites & on practise tests simulating and attacks.
Characteristic:
- Anti pick system
- Drill Protection Grade 1
- Restricted keyway
- Bump proof Cylinder lock
- Lifespan: 100,000 test cycles
- 3 keys per cylinder
DESCRIPTION
- Barrel/ Shell/ Body . Frame which support the assembly.
- Rotor / Plug. Is the part where the key is inserted to lock/unlock
- Cam. Translates the rotating motion of the key into sliding bolt projection.
- Clutch. Is the component that connects one rotor , in a double cylinder, with the cam.
- Lower pin (main row). Determines the permutation of the cylinder.
- Upper pin (mai row). Lower pin counterpart.
- Springs. Load the spring
- Key. Main accessory. Operates the cylinders.
- Retaining clips. Fix the cylinder in a functional way.
- Drill-proof body pin. Gives resistance against drilling & mechanical attacks
- Drill-proof rotor pin. Gives resistance against drilling & mechanical attacks
- Lower pin (sec row). Same function as the main row.
- Upper pin (sec row). Same function as the main row
- Sensor. Part of the patent. Protects the cylinder against different opening methods.
- Caps. Keep the pinning long.
