Multipoint Locking System
This is the “security” heart of the door. Instead of the door being held only at the center (where the handle is), it is anchored at multiple points along the frame.
- Top and Bottom Vertical Bolts: When you turn the key or lift the handle, steel rods extend into the top header of the frame and the floor/threshold.
- Side Hooks/Bolts: Additional locking points engage at the top-third and bottom-third of the door’s side.
- Force Distribution: By locking the door at 5 to 9 different points, it becomes impossible for an intruder to use a crowbar to “pry” the door open, as there is no weak gap to exploit.

Description:
A security iron door made of SUS304 stainless steel with a big mortise multipoint locking system is essentially the “gold standard” for residential and commercial protection. It combines the extreme durability of high-grade steel with a mechanical system designed to make forced entry nearly impossible.
Unlike standard iron doors that can rust or “cold-rolled steel” that is softer, SUS304 is a premium alloy.
- Corrosion Resistance: It contains high levels of chromium and nickel, making it virtually immune to rust, oxidation, and environmental pitting—even in humid or coastal areas.
- Structural Integrity: It has high tensile strength, meaning it is incredibly difficult to pierce, bend, or cut with manual tools.
- Aesthetic Versatility: It can be finished in a “brushed” metallic look, a mirrored polish, or powder-coated in various colors while maintaining its core strength.
